    Vtg Woman Romper skort dress .This has a cute bolero that measures  pit to pit 20 " across and 16.5 inches  long shoulder to hem .-- shoulder to shoulder is 15.5 " --- it has padding in the shoulders that could be cut out. .. It has a cute embroidered  floral on the front. ..The dress is missing a belt . My computer is showing this as blue but the true color is an aqua blue or robin egg blue . Very Pretty !! Please measure for a good fit.  Thank you
