    Adorable vintage late 1980s to early 1990s romper // mini dress by Energie.  Slouchy fit, scoop neck. and triple spaghetti straps that make for a "cage back".  Mini floral print, in various shades of blue with a touch gray, black, and white.  Elastic and zipper in back.  100% cotton T-shirt type materiel.
