Vintage Oh so 1980s Dawn Joy Romper/Playsuit/Skort Mini Dress.  Creamy off white cotton blend with blues and taupes watercolor like print.  No size tag--I'd say a M-L it measures 21 inches across the chest and about that all the way down to drop waist.  Buttons uniquely up the front and measures 35 inches long.  It measures 15 1/4 inches across the back shoulders sleeve seam to sleeve seam.  Big puffy billowy sleeves and has adjustable straps with buttons at back of drop waist.  It is in Excellent Condition--there are a few small spots present--but you really have to look for them because of print on fabric.
